With existing high profile Commercial Property Agents currently using our services, we are well positioned to expand our service to others. Our experienced staff are familiar with all aspects of production & installation. With Health and Safety in mind, we securely install commercial ‘V’ boards, flat boards, banners and window graphics. Agency board signs can be fixed to buildings, railings, fences or fitted onto posts.

During the course of the advertising – any flashes required can be fitted over the top of our estate agent boards. With every board fitted includes the removal service – just let us know when this would be removed as it is all part of the service. Whether the board is fitted onto the side of the building, grass verges or walls our cost would be the same. All boards, flashes, overlays and removals are all carried out within 5 working days of receipt via email.

We supply a range of different sized boards – 3′ x 2′, 4’ x 3’, 5′ x 4′, 6’ x 4’ and many more. We can overlay existing boards on site as well to keep cost affordable for yourself/client.

Our demographic area covers Bristol of a 15 mile radius with Somerset, North Somerset, Clevedon, Nailsea, Portishead, Weston Super Mare and bordering counties. We are regularly in Bedminster, Clifton, Almondsbury, Staple Hill, Fishponds and Warmley fitting these board signs on a weekly basis. We have a standard radius of travel and work which with every installation is covered by a risk assessment. The company has full public liability insurance and we work closely with a rope access team which along with availability of high access equipment, working at height is included within the services we offer to clients.

 

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND!

 

Lead Time for Installations
All marketing boards are typically installed within 5 working days. For installations in the Bristol area, requests submitted by midday on Wednesday will be fitted on Thursday. If you have a tight deadline or any uncertainties, please contact our team for assistance.

Information Required for Proof and Cost
To provide a proof and cost estimate, please email us with the following:
– The property address.
– The exact wording for the board.
– A clear photo of the property, indicating the desired fitting location.
This ensures we can prepare an accurate proof and cost promptly.

 

Weather Conditions
To ensure safety during installations, we use ladders to access fitting locations. Adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy rain, may make ladder installations unsafe. In such cases, we may need to postpone the installation to a later date.

Maximum Working Height
Our standard fitting service includes the use of ladders, allowing us to install marketing boards at a maximum height of 6 meters (from the ground to the top of the V-board). It is your responsibility to ensure the desired location is within this height range.

If the location exceeds this height or presents reachability challenges, additional charges may apply. Upon request, we can conduct a site survey to ensure the location is suitable for a safe installation and that the board will fit properly.

Maintenance Responsibility
It is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain and ensure the safe condition of marketing boards. If you are uncertain about the board’s condition or safety, please contact us to arrange a site check.

We offer a full design service or alternatively you can send us your own design that we can enhance and provide a proof for your approval. Design work is free of charge and part of the service.
